Larry Washington

Larry Washington, also known as Just Larry. A Washingtonian native. He grew up singing on the street corners of SE DC with his brothers and neighborhood friends. Some of whom went on to become well-known recording artists. Larry sang professionally with several of DC’s talented R&B groups. Such as “The Royal Tones” and “25th Hour” and Doo-Wop group “The Legendary Orioles”, recording artist of the hit song “Crying in the Chapel”. He has graced the stage with many of the “Greats” with the likes of James Brown, The Whispers, Parliament-Funkadelic, The Dramatics, The Manhattans, The Ojays, Little Anthony and the Imperials, The Impressions, and many others.
